What is WashDay!?WashDay!, LLC is a mobile, on-demand pick up and delivery wash and fold laundry service.

What happens after I get my WashBox!?Once you get your WashBox! you will receive additional information about how to setup your CleanCloud profile so that you may get started with scheduling your 1st laundry pickup.

When do you pickup and deliver?Pickup days are automatically determined by your geographical service area. All deliveries are made 24-hours after pickup. This means you will get your cleaned laundry back the next day. You will receive specific pickup and delivery details in your WashBox!

Is there anything you can’t wash?We do not launder any item that you yourself would not put in your washing machine. This includes: hand-wash only, dry clean only, or any special handle items. 🚫We do not accommodate soiled fabrics. (urine, stool, or vomit)🚫 Thanks in advance for your understanding and NOT sending these items!

What happens if my laundry gets damaged?We take special care in attention to detail in servicing your laundry. All clothing is sorted according to color but are additionally washed with dye or color catchers to avoid possibilities of color bleeding. Although it is very unlikely that your laundry is damaged beyond its normal wear, we accept full responsibility in the event of an occurrence. What happens if my clothing is lost?From pickup to delivery, we take care to return every piece of laundry sent to us. Once at our facility, we have internal verification practices in place to ensure all of your laundry is accounted for. We accept responsibility to replace any item deemed to be lost while in our possession. Please refer to our Missing & Damaged Clothing Claim process outlined below.

What types of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo.
